• Educational and business enablement programs (e.g. KerlHive Launch)
• Digital platforms that help users connect and coordinate care
• Staffing coordination tools for organizations
• Technology and communication tools to support caregiving workflows

3. No Medical Advice

KerlHive does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All information, tools, and content provided through KerlHive are for educational, informational, and coordination purposes only. You should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical or clinical decisions.

4. Independent Users & Relationships

a. Caregivers

Caregivers using KerlHive act as independent professionals. KerlHive does not employ, supervise, or control caregivers.

Caregivers are solely responsible for:

• Their qualifications, licenses, and compliance with local laws
• The services they provide
• Their conduct and professional standards

b. Families & Care Seekers

Families and care seekers engage caregivers directly. KerlHive does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or suitability.

c. Organizations

Organizations using KerlHive do so for coordination and access, not employment outsourcing unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

5. User Accounts & Information

When you submit information to KerlHive, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your information up to date
• Use the Services responsibly and lawfully

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if information is misleading, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use KerlHive for unlawful or harmful activities
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Harass, abuse, or exploit other users
